Social Fish Media Group uses only FAA Certified Drone Operators for all our drone photos and videos.

Please note that the photographers are not stagers and home must be photo-ready at time of appointment.  We will not be responsible for moving furniture or other items.  We will photograph the home as we find it, so please be sure everything is how the homeowner and you, as the realtor, want it to look. For liability reasons we cannot move items of any size in the home even with the permission of the owner!

 

Payment may be by cash, check, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle or credit card and is due at time of service.  Photos/video will not be released to the agent without receipt of payment.

FAA Certified Drone Operator

Our Services for Enhancing HDR Photos is always FREE!  This includes blue sky replacement, green grass, fire in the fireplace, image on TV screens, minor editing

Under 2000 sq ft home:

  • $135 for up to 25 HDR photos

  • $150 for 40 HDR photos

  • $2.00 per photo over 36/40

  • expect 60 minutes of time on-site

 

 2000 - 4500 sq ft home:

  • $150 for up to 25 HDR photos

  • $175 for 40 HDR photos

  • $2.00 per photo over 36/40

  • expect 60 minutes of time on-site

 

Over 4500 sq ft home:

  • $175 for up to 25 HDR photos

  • $200 for 40 HDR photos

  • $2.00 per photo over 36/40

  • expect 60-90 minutes of time on-site

 

Additional photos:

  • $45 for neighborhood photos (pool, parks, playgrounds, etc)

  • $125 Twilight photos (exterior front and back of home.) 

  • $75 Twilight photos exterior front only

 

  • Turnaround time on photos: 24 hours

  • $35 distance fee applies for homes more than 25 miles from Preston/Legacy intersection in Plano

  • $70 distance fee applies for homes more than 50 miles from Preston/Legacy

  • $105 distance fee applies for homes more than 75 miles from Preston/Legacy intersection in Plano

  • $50 fee if home not ready at time of initial appointment and must be rescheduled

  • Our schedules are tight so please make sure the home is completely ready for photographs BEFORE the photographer arrives. There will be an additional $25 charge if a photographer has to wait for the homeowner to finish cleaning or move things around, etc.

  • $15 additional fee for appointments on Saturday or Sunday

MATTERPORT 3-D TOUR PACKAGES

Perfect to add for all your current listings as well; we have a Matterport Tour ONLY option!

All packages include:

  • A truly interactive Matterport 3-D Tour so viewers can walk through every room of the home just as if they were really there

  • All the links you need to post on MLS, Social Media, share on Emails, Embed in a website, etc.

Fees:

  • $125 for homes up to 2000 sq ft

  • $175 for homes 2000 sq ft - 3000 sq ft

  • $225 for homes 3000 sq ft - 4000 sq ft

  • $275 for homes 4000 sq ft - 6000 sq ft

  • For homes larger than 6000 sq ft, please call for special pricing
